Ham Radio
When FCC started allowing non-US citizen
eligible for ham licenses,
Yo-Yoon, WB4QFX and Young, WN4FYN became the first couples
to operate under this new FCC regulation.

Yo-Yoon received his first
ham operator license at age 14 in Korea, 1957.
